OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Ingold Solutions GmbH, and what were your goals?

Implementation: Our search was aimed at finding an SAP partner to carry out the implementation of the SAP Business One starter package, encompassing four user licenses. Our objective was to streamline our business operations through this implementation.

Layout Customisation: Upon the successful culmination of the implementation project, we also sought assistance for four distinct layout modifications tailored to our sales processes. We envisioned a technical team that could promptly facilitate these changes whenever the need arose.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Navigating the selection process proved to be a complex task due to our existing business model. In this scenario, Ingold Solutions GmbH stood out as a viable option. As an SAP Silver partner, they boast an impressive history of achieving excellent results for multiple clients. Our faith in their team grew stronger as they presented their portfolios in an informative manner. Open and ongoing communication allowed us to gain a thorough grasp of the technologies the team planned to employ, a pivotal element in ensuring our goals were in harmony.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

SAP B1 Implementation (Standard Package): The necessity for four user licenses was accommodated within Cloudiax's Private Cloud infrastructure. We requested the implementation of the Standard Package, aiming to leverage Ingold Solutions' business blueprint template. This process entailed the creation and configuration of a database with the blueprint details. Following the seamless integration, we received the credentials for all four users.

Layout Customisation (Support): A total of four layout adjustments were necessary to optimize our sales processes. With the expertise of Ingold Solutions skilled technical team, we effectively obtained the required assistance, and they seamlessly incorporated these changes into the Cloudiax Environment.

Ingold Solutions took care of the requirement and created an easy implementation and provided support. The technologies that are used during the process are as follows:

Three people were in constant touch with us. We got support from the SAP Project Manager, Technical Consultant, and SAP Functional Consultant.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The team successfully concluded the tasks within the designated timeframe. Upon evaluating the demo, we decided to test it out and were genuinely content with the results. Any minor challenges that arose were promptly and skillfully resolved in a highly professional manner.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The Project Manager was always upfront with the solutions and effectively communicated with the rest of the team members. The means of communication were Microsoft Teams and Email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We hold the view that the Ingold Solutions team maintains a positive demeanor. Every challenge encountered has been met with effective solutions. Their commitment to enhancing methodologies and the caliber of their work is ever-present. They exhibited attentiveness to our queries, displayed meticulousness in addressing specifics, and consistently provided expert guidance.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There isn't much to say because the team is constantly striving for improvement. We want them to be successful in all their future endeavours.
